Today only I came across this thread.

U can fine schedules of gem shows in various cities of USA.

there u will get corals, rubies, emeralds, jades, pearls for cheap price.

whole pepper size corals, & smaller than pepper size corals cost 5 to 6$ per string.
tulip shapes coral string cost 10 to 16$ per string
same price for pink corals & pink tulip corals also.
I have bought for 3$ in 2006,tulips for 10$ in 2006
In 2007 ,, 6$in 2007 tulips for 15$

but please don't buy them NJ stores.they r very very costly than gem shows prices.
I bought lot of corals, rubies, emeralds for our relatives.
I made them arnouments,goldsmith said they r of very good quality.

All the items are very good quality.Here in India one string costs 2500INR. which is 6$ in gem shows.
I bought lot of stuff in Boston,MA gem show.

I have visited NJ , oak tree road gem shops, they are very costly,
Absons is also very expensive.
ofcourse little bit cheaper than India prices.

My friend bought lot of stuff in Chantilly,VA gem show.

So , friends compare prices & shop.
this gem show stuff quality is good & price is also very reliable.

P.S; though I bought them in gem shows, i bought them form Indian's counters only.

Iam leaving to India soon , so I dont see any gem shows in my area.
Is the beads from beadsafterbeads.com is of good quality.
Please suggest me which size bead to get and how many strings?

thanks for the info.. I had bought few pearl strings and dyed coral set in Abscon during july 4th offer.. On seeing ur post had registered for gem shows. It s happening in Newyork in Aug 2012..Excited to visit the same.
