    Tip to cook bhindi fast.

    1. If you want to cook bhindi in a hurry, add the masala and squeeze a lemon over it. the vegetables will cook within a few minutes.
    2. Even a teaspoon of dahi works equally well and fast cooking of automatically non sticky bhindi!
    3. Squeeze lemon on bhindi pieces before putting them into the kadai they dont get sticky and also no need to put much oil for frying.

For my hubby I will make oil less aloo, baby corn, carrot, panner , radish parathas...
the secret is with the dough and the stuffings.
for dough: make the dough in a way that if you enter the finger,
the dough should not stick to your finger, that much soft , It should be....
for stuffing: the stuffing should not have any moisture... You cook the stuffing in low flame , without lid, that all the water will evaporate.....
