    Hi,

Can any body tell me how to maintain an iron wok (which I bought from USA supermarket)

When I bought it, I seasoned it and then stored it, but after a few days, the oil solidified and I hard a hard time scrubbing and removing it.
So the next time after using it I did not season it before storing....and now after a month, there are sort of yellow stains on the inside of the wokand it did not go after washing...........so is it safe to cook in it.....or are there any way to remove those stains.....??

    Any suggestions..??

    Thank u in advance.

    Rgds,
    Jay
