    1. Answer a phone call with your left ear.
    2. Never drink a medicine with cold water.
    3. Avoid having heavy meals at evening after 6 p.m.
    4. Drink more water in the morning and less at night.
    5. The best hour to sleep is from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m.
    6. Do not lay down on bed immediately after drink medicine.
    7. If you only have 1 bar on your mobile phone battery status, do not answer any calls, because the radiation increases 100 times at that time.:)
