Missing your presence ...a lot......I have gained a lot of weight during the recent vacation....Have to keep motivating myself reading about weight loss. Anyway started having dinner before 6.30 pm and have begun doing a few yoga exercies i know 5 days a week for an hour. Can feel light though not visible....Yes Like a manuscript i flip through your blog to keep myself motivated.
I love you dear !!!! But for your blogs i am sure that many of us would not have cared to look good ...and feel good....!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are the Undisputed leader of a weightloss revolution in Indus Ladies !!!!!!!!!!!!
