Today- 7400 steps. Went for shopping and walked a lot..
5 miles walking.
Very nice and motivating thread. Will try to be regular here. Will come back and update my daily routine.
Last week 4 days: 4km perday
Today 5 miles
Along with walking started squats and push-ups. 5 sets today.
hey girls, have been absent, but it is the way i have started doing these days.. a little busy, a little sick /. but have been walking everyday.. it is a lifestyle change and i feel bad if i do not do some walking..
Today 5 miles and 10 set push-ups.
