    Wish you and your family happy Deepavali too.

    Winter is here totally stopped going out. Trying to eat more veggies n doing portion control but compared to summer feel bit hungry n craving for fried food coz of cold.

    Trying to walk at home too.

    Was down with some gynec issues and getting back to normal now.. no walking yet..
    Will start soon once health is back to normal...
    Winter started here too.. Have to walk inside home...

    Am doing good my dear. Wandered away unintentionally and somehow lost the habit of checking in here regularly. Now back but dont see many of the old posters here anymore. so really glad that you are still here ... Plan to get back to eating healthy like I was earlier ...what happened to your 'sans rice ' thread? I was looking for it but couldnt locate it.

    @gknew thank you for asking..a little busy, i shuttle places, loads of airmiles these days..but i am a consistent with walks.. leslie with some music on the sides
    leslie helps my walking when walking outside is not a option..

    Hi m good.

    Sorry got busy with playdates n stuff. Occupying my son in winter is major challenge and taking major part of day.

    No dear dint reach target. Started at 185 lbs. Now at 155lbs. Target 135lbs.

    Winter literally no walking, also food not too much portion control. Feel more hungry coz of cold.

    Basically m not putting on but loosing too.

    keep moving, keep walking, my mantra all along. some hits and some misses but have been walking through. walking has helped me maintain, if not loss much

    @SGA, sorry for your loss (girls She lost her mother last week), i know it has been taxing, hard and heart wrenching few months and i would just say, you have to come back to start working on yourself, your mom wouldd not want you to be this way..so come here, let us motivate and push you..

    @sumalynux @gknew and many of you who have been with me through this journey, keep walking keep moving. sometimes your weighing scale can fool you. so if you are able to move more, walk more, climb stairs without feeling breathless as earlier, if your recovery is faster, your energy levels are better, there you have it the benefits of following a routine..

    so nothing is a waste, don't let that scale depress you..chuck it..

    I have lost 5lbs from 3 months ( Oct Nov dec ) where as I lost 25lbs in 4 months (Jun July Aug Sept ).

    I am not walking and though not over eating not controlling portion also. Occupying my son in winter has become my main work.

    Waiting for April so I can start walking and food control too. I just have 20lbs to reach my target (135 lbs)

    Starting weight 185lbs
    Current weight 155lbs
    Target weight 135lbs
