    Wow, good going @sumalynux !!

    My update: Doing 20 mins cycling everyday, that's it. But completely avoiding sugar and I think that is helping me lose weight. Lets see...

    Hi,
    Would like to join you all.. With a toddler, i don't seem to find find time to exercise. Started to reduce weight many times but failed.
    @sumalynux , @Shanvy , others.. pl suggest some diet, exercise ideas to start with.

    I am positive that your commitment will rub on me and keep me motivated to be on track this time.
