    it is ok, as long as we move or take effort to do something regarding our exercise..

    you are welcome..actually leslie has given a lot of variations...check them out..
    yes nihasvin, it is interesting and fun..and you feel you are not doing it alone..she talks way too much..and if you have somebody like my son for company who talks back to her, it is more fun..

    Walked today 3 miles in treadmill and stepper and burnt 260 calories. Inspite of being an holiday here did not give up. Very true I had a very good sleep yesterday and feeling really active the whole day. Trying to cut rice and include whole grains and more veg in my diet. Let's see. This is a really motivating thread. Thanks Shanvy.

    Hi,
    I've joined other wt threads. Joining here too.

    My today's updates:
    Got up little late, had a cup of milk with 1/2 spoon cofee
    11.30-1.30pm gym
    I did:
    stepper - burnt 200calories
    Tread mill - burnt 200 calories
    peddling - burnt 100calories

    treadmill:
    I ran in the inclination mode - 10mins
    walking in the inclination mode - 20mins
    walking in normal mode - 15mins

    lunch - coudln't avoid. So, had little rice/more green gram dhal/rasam/little curd with carrot

    dinner - planning to have fruits or green gram sundal

    Have a happy wt loss journey ahead ladies

    See you all tomorrow

    way to go saarang..keep at it..

    you are welcome sidvidu..portion control is the way to go.. and you have lots of fruits that are negative calories or very less calories over there compared to here.. add more berries, they contain lot of anti-oxidants..and are full of health beneifts..

    pinky way to go.. slow and steady commitment.

    you can have water even in between walking..that is not a full glass but sips..because sometimes you feel thirsty while walking.. i feel that i have somebody walking along with me when she talks...

    good way to go...
