Come on, lets us move our feet and shake that stubborn weight a little

    I just recently lost 15kgs. Through a combination of calorie deficit n intermittent fasting n healthy eating. No fad diets or starving.

    So I can say it does work. I lost an average of 2.5 kgs per month without being too hard on myself n taking break days, so it will work.

    Thank u so much @ashneys it's so reassuring. I am trying to do these changes as lifestyle rather than crash diet. I don't calories count, but do portion control and dinner at 6pm. Nothing till 9am.(kinda IF).. walking 5miles.

    Due to rains could able to walk properly these days.. so was choosen terrace to do..

    Did one hr walking (approx 4km)
