    So true. While shopping or on vacation we will never know how we walk. I ended up walkkwa 8miles a day in trips.

    Good morning all , very inspiring and apt thread for me . Even I am seriously trying to reduce my weight . I started going to gym since couple of days and now I have a problem , while working out , in one of the moves , My right wrist got sprained .now in a dilemma whether to go there class today or not :s

    Take it slow. Don't quit. When I started walking. Even after walking 1mile I used to get knee pain and very tired. Now I walk 5miles a day.

    Body would have got used to a routine when u change there will be pain and tiredness.
