    Hi @Shanvy
    Walk at home is a very good concept during lazy days when we want to miss the gym .Is wearing a shoe must ?? Since its done at home. And is it effective as regular working ?

    @shravs3 it is something i religiously do. walking at home. it is aftually more than regular walking. you need a good pair of shoes and according to my fit bit some walks are recorded as aerobic workout.

    do check and see..

    Summer has started here.. And i have recovered a bit..

    I am taking my son to playground evenings.. I was just walking slowly around Playgrounds foothpath and i was
    shocked/happy that i covered 2miles. Usually i do 1miles in 25mins but with recovering and walking slowly i took 35mins.. But instead of sitting i covered 2miles i am happy...
