    @satchitananda i did not want to write how i was doing the other day as i would have been on and on, on a non stop vent..

    Physio is hard. As in somebody wringing my leg muscles and then taking a knife to it.. i have a high pain threshold but my eyes tear up and a non stop ebb for the 10 minutes sessions.. i know she wants me to help myself but these muscles and spine want to behave independently

    Anyways part of life.. chalta hai.. i am still on my feet that is what it is all about

    And your 10k steps inspiring..keep going girl

    Thanks Shanvy. No issues. I can imagine how painful it must be. I remember the excruciating physio I went through after my shoulder surgery. One just has to grit one's teeth and survive.
    Totally agree with you. That we are on our feet is the most important thing and what matters is that we should see to it that we stay that way.

    I have been overweight since 8 years but since I started on anti-depressants my weight which has been either constant or decreasing for the last few years has increased and now I am the heaviest I have ever been at 78 kgs! I have put on 8 kgs in the last 6 months!! So, here I am, committing myself to losing weight, my initial goal is to walk at least 5000 steps a day.
