    It is not fat gain. It is inch gain @SGA. We shouldn't think we are fat that depresses the mind to let go

    10 minutes walk up and down the room while watching telly. Moderate-brisk pace.

    I have been consistent with walking, Not sure of the number of steps. but walked about 45 mins this weekend

    20 mins walk at moderate speed inside the house. Feet are killing me.

    4 min warm up ( squats , lunges, leg swing , push up , mountain climber , jumping jack)
    5 sets SN
    30min elliptical
    cool down stretch for hands , legs , neck n back
