    @saarang good to know love. Leg is bad Had a piniformis syndrome earlier now added bursitis so not allowed to walk much. So only Physio adviced exercises. Thank you love for the company.

    Did the physio exercises and walked around for 10 minutes. With the shift in season want to take it slow until i feel comfortable.

    Thank you @SGA. And thanks @saraang and the weekend was ok. Tried walking a little but the heat is getting to me And leg cramping adds to it.

    How was yours. 10k steps is good. Keep it going.
