cold problem and sinusitis

    Hello doctor,
    Iam santha aged 50 yrs.I have been suffering from severe cold.Norunning nose however
    Whwnever I have head bath right from the afternoon I have pain at the back of my head and stuffy nose with headach.pl tell me some remedy......santha bandepalle

    for me inhaling eucalyptus oil has helped a lot. I just sniff it - like a flower!

    Want to add to my above post - after hair bath I dry my ears with cotton buds as wax in the ears is one of the reasons for sinus. Plus water intake plays a big role.

    Steaming,steaming and more steaming.Do it at least 3-4 times a day. You will start feeling relief as soon as you start.
