    hi this is an interesting topic.. one thing i wanted always is to keep our mind and body clean. one cannot refresh body without having hot drinks in the morning. I always drink coffee regularly which sometimes i feel to give up to keep the body fit as coffee depletes iron from the body.:coffee

    Hi Shanks,

    You can have green tea or lukewarm water+honey... This way you feel fresh and it is good for health too.. :)
    Green tea helps in reducing the risk of cancer, boosts the immune system, promotes weight loss, etc.
