Coconut mango chutney

    Hi all,

    This chutney is very tasty, i tried it yesterday. Hope you ppl will enjoy it.

    Ingredients:

    Coconut - 1 (grate it)
    Mango - 1
    Green chillies - 4
    Oil for thalimpu (2-3 spoons)

    Preparation:

    1. Grate the Coconut.
    2. Cut Mango into small pieces.
    3. Cut Green chillies into small pieces.
    4. Grind the grated coconut, mango pieces and green chillies added with required salt.
    5. Do nut put water. Instead grind it in small amounts until you get the softened mixture.
    6. Now burn oil, put half spoon Avaalu (Rai cumin seeds), 1 spoon Minapappu (Urad dal), 4 small pieces of Red chilly pieces, 2 Garlic pieces.
    7. Switch off the burner, put few leaves of Karvepaku (curry leaves) and chutney mixture.
    8. Mix it properly.
    9. If used keeping in freezer, this chutney stays fresh for 5-6 days.
