    Hi Buvi,

Don't worry God is with you. Just be relax and cool.
How much ever you are taking good food will only give good result when you are happy and relaxed.
So leave all your tension life PCOD,thyroid to doc. You just try to concentrate on things which makes you happier.
By this 20 days you know these are not diseases ; these are symptoms. And the cause is hormones.
If you keep yourself happy, hormones releases in time and leads to healthy lifestyle.

Just come out of this life and start happy and stress-free life.

    Dear Buvana,

As adviced earlier, please do not stress - it will play with your hormones and result in imbalancing them and eventually will hamper your thyroid level....Give it sometime dear....

And yes do not forget the medicine, regarding TTC, just wait patiently for the levels to come down to the appropriate level and then start...!!!

Till then keep yourself engrossed, by taking up activites which interest you or try doing things that give you satisfaction and pleasure....Do not think about un-necessary issues, this would affect your levels inspite of the medication trust me....It has happened with me a lot to times....!!! Also, try meditation for 15-30 mins daily, it really refreshes and energises you...!!!

    Good Luck and God Bless...!!!

    Hi buvana...

Very good that you started taking the medications; you are doing the right thing to your body...

I understand you have an app with your doc again in two months yeah, it is then when they test your tsh levels again will the doctor know if the medicine dosage is right or you need it more or less... It is only after that can they also establish what is the right dosage for you and what to continue..

As far as my knowledge goes and from what my doctor had advised me- once you start with the thyroid medication- very rarely do they stop it for you and you need to continue it for a pretty long time..

But it is healthy for you and your baby (when you conceive) to have your thyroid medication if your levels are varying..

Last week i had my checkup and my doc repeatedly asked me if i was taking my thyroid medication regularly.

It is advised for you to start TTC- when you know that your TSH levels are within the range, and it is required to continue medication then else the chances for miscarriage is high..

As far as your menses this time, could be a possibility that your body is adjusting to the medicine, but are you still stressed? That could affect your periods to a large extent!!! I would anyway suggest you speak to your doctor and tell her your periods are delayed and if she says its ok- u know its a small hindrance in the way of recovery...

There are lot of ladies out there who are having medications for thyroid, conceiving and having healthy babies. The issue arises, if you are TSH levels aint in range and you aint taking medications regularly. Once that is being done, half the work is done. But medicines will also take time...

Just remeber, you are fine and things are being sorted out..

Thanks a lot Sithu... as i am working women i am getting little bit stress because of journey... i could not identify which is stress and which is not stress. My assumption is if i did any work with interest then that will not create a stress. what you say for this point????? now we moved our home from first floor to second floor. so daily i used steps more.. it might be create a stress.. is it fine as i am steping up and down 10 times per day :-(.

@buvana, what i meant is mental stress, that is tension. being active is always good and will help with your thyroid issue too...

no worries on that. try to be calm, and tension free (i know it is very easy for me to say); but you will come past all of these very soon
