Chord loosely around foetal neck

I am 36 weeks pregnant and had my last ultrasound today, which says that the "Cord is loosely around foetal neck". I am really worried,i dont want to have a c-sec. Pls suggest.

Hi, I guess at this point you must be more worried about baby's safety rather than whether you want a c-section or not. What did your OB have to say about the report?

Not to scare you, but if the chord is tightly wrapped against the baby's neck it's extremely dangerous to baby's health.

What did ur OB say? please think about ur baby and just go ahead with c-sec if indicated.....This is not the time to think about surgery but to think about the baby's safety...

My OB told me not to worry as the cord is "loosly" around baby's neck. I just wanted to know the probability of having a c-sec, obviously baby's health is top most priority. Till now, baby is all fine.
Anyone with similar situation can please share their experience.
