He always cleans the house when he is home (and I am out with the baby). Including dishes. I always tell him to enjoy his free time when me and the toddler are out of the house (some peace and quiet time). But he always cleans the house and does the dishes during that period. I could never do that. If i find some quiet time, i would use it wathc TV!

 

what a cute thread...i would like to add some more on my exp...
when we go out ...he first opens the door for me to get in, he offers me seat in hotels,public places and then he sits ...i believe it is gesture in most western countries...
he comes with me for shopping whatever it is ;-)...and carries that to home...i just accompany him literally
he is shy person and not much into social activities...so he wants me everywhere we go...
he doesn't say 'No' when i ask him anything for myself like dresses, shoes, bags,...

This is my firt post. iam married for 9 years with 2 and half year old dd.ours is love marriage , we were known each other 13 years.

I would like to share some of the sweet moments.


My Dh says me to take rest , and take care of house hold chores even after his 10 hrs work time. (of course,I also work 8 hrs a day).
feeds me if iam busy in feeding my toddler daughter.
make coffee for me if I am enjoying something like watching tv or reading book.
always carries all the shopping bags and/or my dd and i just need to carry my handbag.
give me a massage when I feel pain in my back.

and many more..

My DH the list is biiiiggg
He always makes sure I eat first or with him. In fact on the day of our marriage he sent his mom with breakfast for me and said he won't eat unless she lets me.
Brings chocolates and snacks for me even after marriage
Just like your DH pays attention to my getup and compliments
Massages my back when my "dear friend" shows up every month
Always encourages me to learn new things fully supports my career
Cooks when I'm not in the mood and also when he is in the mood (he is a good cook)
Always backs me if someone is being rude or passing comments
Doesn't make me follow any rules or traditions I don't want to
Doesn't get annoyed by my kiddishness or clumsiness (i keep falling, bruising, hitting things and he buys big band aid packs)

As I said the list goes on and on
He really is the best husband I could have and I'm eternally thankful to God for giving me my Choooooooo Chweet sweetheart
