    Dear Chithra,
no no no washing after chopping. I first pick and then wash the keerai thrice or till no trace of soil is found in water, then drain it. I do it over night and the leaves are almost dry and then it is easier to chop in FP. One large bunch takes only 2 or 3 minutes. Even if it is wet, no problem, it chops well.I Wash the FP with a little water and use it for boiling the keerai.
I made khara idli today as trial today as part of dinner. Myself and A liked it and I plan to make it tomorrow or day after for breakfast. I baked a loaf of white bread just now. It looks ok but has to see how it is in taste and texture tomorrow after slicing.

    Dear Chithra,
the bread was not soft like last time, I was not able to check when it was proving yesterday and I was doubtful. But I can use it for bread upma or bread chana. Will try again till I perfect it.
I made aloo paratha today for breakfast as A had to leave by 10.30 for his assignment. I felt that it will keep him full even for a late lunch. It was soft and even puffed up like puri on the roti aker. The roti maker is best for parathas, I swear.
