Chilli cheese toast [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]8 slices bread 1½ cups cheese (grated) 4-6 green chillies (finely chopped) ½ cup fresh coriander leaves (chopped) 1 medium-sized onion (chopped) 1 medium-sized capsicum (optional) (deseeded & chopped) 1 tsp peppercorns (crushed) Salt to taste Preheat oven to 180° C. In a bowl, mix grated cheese, green chillies, coriander leaves, onion, capsicum, crushed peppercorns and salt. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions. Toast bread slices on one side on a tawa. Apply cheese mixture on non-toasted side of bread slices. Grill in a preheated oven at 180° C until cheese melts and turns golden brown. Cut each slice diagonally into two and serve hot with a sauce of your choice.[/font]
