    Please give me the contact details of Childbirth classes/Yoga classes in Bangalore ....

    There are lot over there in internet.... But anyone with personal review/experience will help a lot.....

    Yoga class :
    Rama krishna Ashram Yoga classes are very good. They have centres every where. The main is in Bull temple road near BMS/National college(Lal bagh). They charge 500rs for first month and 200rs from second month onwards. Very well trained teachers in their centre.

    Do they train for pregnant ladies?And also , I am staying near Mekhri Circle and come to office @ electronic city. so if you know their centers nearby to either of these two places it will be great ....

    I am not sure. you can check with Yoga teacher with your requirments. One good teacher used to conduct Yoga classes in Horamavu in the School. I will PM his number and talk to him . He may give some hints regarding the centres and etc.
