This is what I do for quick cook -- make chutney with -- corriander leaves + mint leaves + garlic + salt + cimun seeds + lemon + half tomato + Dry red chillies + Green chillies. pierce some holes in chicken and apply the above chutney to it... pour some ghee or butter or olive oil on top of it and keep it to roast in oven.
