we also prepare the same way but we add tomato to it so that the biriyani is little gravy. But biriyani tastes damn good.
Lavy I have also added tomoto to my biryani ,the same method with mushroom also can b done,mushroom should b sauted nicely ,cause it oozes water so the measurement of water is important in rice cooker.in mushroom biryani I take cocounut milk one cup in place of plain water.
