Vanjaram Fish - 3/4 Kg In Pan add little oil and Fry the below one by one 1) Red Chilly - 10 or according to your taste 2) Pepper - 1 tbsp 3) Fennel seeds (Sombu) - 1 tbsp 4) Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp add the above in mixy/blender along with 10 small onions and grind to fine paste. In Pan add gingelly oil 2tbsp, add mustard, Feenugreek seeds(venthayam) 10, Curry leaves, 2 big onion chopped, garlic 10 to 15 pods, once they are cooked add 3 chopped tomatoes, once the tomatoes are cooked add the paste from mixy and add thick tamarid water. Add water as per consistency and cover the pan with the lid. Allow it to boil until the oil bloats in the top. Finally add the cleaned fish and allow to cook for 5 mins.
