Chennai School- Velammal Vs Maharishi

    Hi Ladies,

    My Niece wants to prepare for NEAT . her parents are thinking of putting her in a residential school as it might help her to prepare without the overhead of travelling to different tuition and coaching classes.
    They are looking at the above two schools in Chennai. Any input is highly appreciated.

    I am not sure but i think vellammal residential is state board after the 8. Do check.

    I would go with the better of the two devils for the time being.. cbse instead of state board.

    Tn stateboard is in the hands of a minister who feels he needs to put a stamp of his tenure with so many changes. Though i appreciate the changes like the 11th board exam i would wait for clarity.

    Maharishi has fitjee coaching.

    But if it was neet i would look at akash for coaching. And that is not integrated into school curriculam
