Cooking time – 10 mins No. of portions – 4 Ingredients: Bread slices (toasted) (optional) – 4 slices Cheese cubes (grated) – 2 nos Mushrooms (sliced) – 8 nos Onion (sliced) – 1 no Capsicum (thinly sliced) – 1 no Tomatoes (deseeded and sliced) – 1 no Oil – 1 tablespoon Salt as per taste Method: Toast the bread slices (optional). Heat the oil. Lightly fry the vegetables and mushrooms. Add salt. Spread the vegetable mix over the bread slice and top it with grated cheese. Melt cheese in the oven and serve the mushroom toasts.
