After marrying to Kiran Rao, Aamir Khan has changed in his attitude. I wont say changed for good though. Recently he came into limelight with controversial Narmada Bachao project in support with Medha Patkar. When everybody knows it is a beneficial project to save water which otherwise will only go into ocean unutilized, Aamir Khan opines differently. Is he planning to come into Politics? Why is he hyping such baseless issue and coming into controversies?
there is another side to this narmada dam haifolks....many hear abt the dam and its benefeciaries but what abt the families with little lands who depend on the harvest alone....govt should see to it that they also benefit instead medha is on fast so modi is also on fast funnythis world...making a joke of what gandhi's non violance for their benefit..so may be aamir also felt he needs to contribute after all lagaaan must had taken himto the villages....regards..sunkan

Hey Sunkan, That's good that Aamir Khan has joined Bhopal Victims agitation as well. True that celebrities create getting attention to their issues. Better late then Never. Even if Aamir Khan has started showing concern on social issues now, it's good he did. Good change by Kiran Rao into Aamir Khan
One more side of agitation Hi, Just heard something on Star news and thought I will like to share it here. There was this government official giving interview on rehabilitation issue. According to him, when they go to village for rehabilitation wor, the Narmada bachao activists themselves do not allow them to work. If they go with police, they blame of bringing police. According to him, all these activists themselves are hampering the rehabilitation work of poor farmers because if that is done, their so called "andolan" will have no issue left and they will lose media and political coverage. He said he will speak to Aamir Khan also in this issue. Just take these Activists including Medha patkar out of the state for one month and the rehabilitation work will be complete. Surely, Amir khan has brought the issue in limelight on TV and government fraternity.
