    02: 58 minutes treadmill - 4miles - 480 calories (to compensate yesterday's cardio) + JM Shred level 1 did for 15 minutes as a start, without weights...

    SGA....
    When I was doing JM I was thinking about you, otherwise I should have stopped at treadmill

    Dont do too many things in a day . Do not confuse your body . Give it right amount of workout at the right time .

    Follow the right workout + food for 15 days .

    This year , we are going to reach our target weight .

    I know Dear

    I just wanted to do 20min abs and 10/20 min upper body tonning workout ...... I was tired after 20min JM so i just did mini- workout before sleep ...

    Time Taken for doing all is less then 60min

    And 10 lbs (4.5 Kgs ) is too much .

    Do you have 2 kg weights ? Try with only 2 kgs weights this month . Same circuits , you can do it next month with 3 kgs .
