    Thanks SGA and Pumpkin. Will fine some simple exercises.
    Today did 1 mile LS walk, climbed staircase (100 steps, not at the same time though), 20 squats.

    Strength training with 5 and 8 kg - 10 mins
    Treadmill - 15 mins
    EFX & Cycle - 10 mins

    Just a thought that came to my mind ...

    May be you can do workout from youtube which can be done during pregnancy ....They may be safe to do during TTC

    walked and did zumba for 10 minutes..no counting miles and all these days.:drowning.

    cv mam we will get into the mood soon..it is very hot again in chennai..and i don't find the mood/time somedays but we need to do atleast 10 minutes..

    JM 6 week - 6 pack (20 min ) using 10lbs weights ----Could not complete JM , Manage to do just 1 set

    Random workout for Day

    15+15 min walk
    spot joggin (5min)
    100 skipping without rope
    25 toe touch
    25 leg raise
    25 jumping Jack
    25 dumbbell fly
    25 dumbbell press
    25 dumbbell pullover
    25 air cycling
    25 ab crunches

    I am joining from today . Was been away from IL for 2 months , july - fasting , August - new job in new country and getting adjusted with routine.
    This is good way of starting . Will do exercise tonight and will report here.
