Cardio and Strength Trainning - Alternate Days

    Hi all, exercise/workout is pretty new to me. Until couple of days back I've been a couch potato. My doubt is whether activities such as LS walk, JM's workouts, climbing staircase few times continuosly will affect TTC (especially after the ovulation period). Can anyone throw some light on this please. Thanks.

    Cycle - 30 mins

    Chillbreeze, many argue to continue your normal routine many says to avoid workout that really tires you out the ones like JM workout, continues staircase climbing, abs crunching ones especially. I would say avoid abs crunching exercises. Hope this helps.
