    Good luck for your " no junk challenge". You can do it dear :thumbup:
    Also try for power walks, sweat it out, it works, last 4 months I didn't do any other exercise, power packed walks, that's it, I am telling you from my experience... All the best my buddy :beer-toast1:

    its just 1 week show till friday ... planning for no junk in weekdays .. lets see if i can do it

    its rainy season here so outside walk is not possible

    Lifting 10lbs dumbells daily is not possible .... My body said NOOOOOOOOO for weights lifting .... so did something easy

    Funny thing is i feel 10lbs dumbell is light for doing chest press , fly n pullover ....... and i m dead after doing 8push up on knees :roflmao:
