    hi SGA, great workout schedule u have there. How are u coping with ur back pain. Has it improved. Hoping it's just muscular and nothing with the disc. Core workout and stretching r the only 2 things that give me major back pain relief.

    Back on track with workouts. Started with 1 hour of circuit workout on Monday and Thursday. Gradually increasing. Thankfully no weight gain.
