Cardio and Strength Trainning - Alternate Days

    Let me Begin Sept month with Aim of doing 30min workout

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Cardio

    workout days : Monday / WednesDay / Friday
    Workout include: Walk , Gym equip , Jogging , C25k , LS walk , Zumba (any, as per your choice )
    Duration : 30 Min ( At least )


    Strength Training

    workout days : Tuesday / Thusday / Saturday
    Workout include: JM workout , or any strength training workout from Youtube
    Duration : 10 Min ( At least ) with or with out weights

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    REST DAY :: SUNDAY

    I am going to join you SGA..
    Currently I am okay-ed but I may have to drop off if doc advises.. I will try to be consistent until I drop off.
    For cardio, I will do elliptical and for strength training JM's NMTZ

    I was lazy / busy last month so i gain weight ...I am not Taking my weight gain in negative way this time ... It has help be to be serious with my workout

    I know we dont have to tell u to do Cardio ... Check fitness blender workout for strength .... Start with just 10 min , As time goes I am sure u will love doing strength Training too
