My personal favorite is ginger tea in winters and lemon tea , besides cardamom tea.

 

Bay leaf, crushed and added when preparing black tea. Gives a totally different flavour and taste to it.

 

I normally buy 1 packet of tea masala and I mix same quantity of cardamom power in that(homemade)+handfull dry Tulsi leaves...I find out for me Itz just best....
I tried so many tea masala....but finally I am using this...

 

Add crushed ginger and sugar to water.boil .later add tea.switch off.after few seconds add hot milk.this ginger will be great

 

here's how i make my tea..little water in which i add tea, masala,cardamom,fresh ginger ,2 long and 4..5 fennel seeds..
let it boil and then add milk..i use 20% water and 80% milk..let it boil for sometime..and its ready..
i personally dont like watery tea or too strong tea..

 

I keep a handy supply of this masala---> 1/2 cardamom pwd+ 1/2 Sonf grind it fine powder. I add it to my reg tea & totally love it. I also tried India Chai , it comes in ginger, cardamom,masala & reg. I Love Cardamom one.

 

how will saunf taste with tea?haven't tried this.
