Ingredients Milk 2 glass Cardamom 3-4 Sugar 3-4 tsp Saffron strand 2 Method Peel the outer skin and powder the cardamom. Boil the milk with sugar, cardamom powder with the outer skin. Keep stirring for 3-4 mins or until milk starts to boil. Now add the saffron strands and gently stir. Remove from heat, allow to cool completely, refrigerate and serve chill cardamom milk.
