One time I got some technical problem I sent the message to help desk. They immediately replied me. I have to remember where I sent that message.

I've sent the message. The following is the content of the message, I would like to point out the problems that are being faced by me and some of our members of this website regarding login. When we login to this website, the following text comes up Warning: fopen(geoip/GeoIP.dat) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/induslad/public_html/wp/wp-content/mu-plugins/indusladies-ad-popup/geoip/geoip.inc on line 343 Can not open geoip/GeoIP.dat This blocks us to the website. An alternative route was found to the website by the way of Google. But still, it doesn't gives us access to some of the features of the website like, 1. Search text box 2. Other forums of different section Please, do check on the matter ASAP, Waiting for your positive reply, Thanks for providing a proper help desk way. Lets hope now.
Most probably the tech team already knew this issue,so we don't have to worry much,few days back they did some update to the site,may be that has affected the dbserver hope it gets resolve soon
