Can Someone Suggest Few Protein Rich North Idian Meal Ideas ?

    Hi All,

    My homeopathic practitioner has advised me to include 70% protein in my diet
    I don't eat meat and I am a north indian. Please suggest me some good options for breakfast and meals

    veg protein sources :

    Milk , Milk products , Pulses/lentils , Soyabean , Dry fruits , Peas (matar) , few vegggies

    1. matar paneer
    2. matar Tofu
    3. pulses ( Single or mixed )
    4. Curd / Milk / butter milk / lassi .. l with no / less sugar/salt
    5. palak panner
    6 palak Toffu
    7. Chole/Chana / rajma/Moong
    8 mas0or Dal
    9 Curdraita / veggie raita
    10 . Tomato ( all contains protein )
    11. I think Cauliflower/Cabbage also contains protein.

    and masoor dal has more protein then any other daal
    Have Daily 2 - 3 bowls of masoor Dal Soup or masoor + palak + tomato Soup
