Hi, I plan to write my written test next week. I have read all the previous threads on this forum regarding sample test papers. I have read the DMV handbook & also checked out their sample tests,DMV video's on their website. My question is will the actual DMV written test be similiar to the sample tests? ( I mean will they ask questions related to traffic laws, road signs & safety driving tips ). Any sample question papers will be appreciated. Because I only want to know the format. Thanks for your time & response in advance Jay
Jay, The format is exactly same.total 36 questions.me and hubby passed it few weeks back. P.S: i have no intention of sharing the question paper because of this http://www.indusladies.com/forums/h4-indian-ladies/38282-dmv-drivers-license-california-test.html
Hey Jayushree, The written test is simple if u practice with their sample questions. Infact they had even asked few questions from the sample test during my test. Anyways all the best for your test :thumbsup
Hey Jay.. or any body checking the post. Dnt practise so much like your 2nd PUC exams for just DMV written test. Just go through DMV sample test papers. Its more about common sense & courtesy related choices u need to make for all questions. Its test on computer & u get results instantly. In case u did not pass, again get into queue & retake. You ll surely pass in 2nd attempt even if you hv never seen a drive book too. Chillax & u ll all set.!!..
