Cabbage and lemon tea are helpful to lose weight

    1. Take Cabbage as a salad or make a juice and add salt, fresh lemon juice for taste.
    2. Lemon tea is also good to reduce weight: boil 1/2 spoon of tea powder in a cup of water filter the decoction then add 1/2 the lemon juice and sugar for taste.

    cabbage is not to be used if you have thyroid, kidney stones, uric acid. please ensure that you can have more cabbage than normal quantities if you have health conditions from your doctor.

    cabbage is good but take in small portions as Shanvy said if you are suffering from the ailments she has mentioned please do not take cabbage.
