Dear Ladies, We are planning to book a 2bed flat with Navins Jayaram Gardens, Manapakkam, Chennai. This is our 2nd investment after a flawed 1st one in Kerala, which we managed to sell. This one is very critical for us. Pls help Rate they quote is 6200/sqft & they do claim that the area is 100% secure due to its proximity with IAS/IPS colony. We visited the place multiple times day n night to make sure, its secure & we could not find any flaws... Also it looks to be an upcoming suburb, with lot of beutification going on... Enquired with a IG ranked official who is a aquintence of us, he too was favoring the buy mentioning, land prices were 7000/sqft in 2012. Is it a good buy? Also, shld we expect any issues with Adyar river flooding? Looks like the builder is very good and one among top 10 in Chennai... Pls pls help & do let me know ur comments.
