We are planning to buy an apartment with vinoth builders ,vilina project in nerkundram and they are charging it at rs 5250/sqft? The project is close to ponnamallee road .Any advise? As we are new to this area, Can any friends help me in advising if the rates are good.
that is the rate that is being charged around the area. because of the metro and the new infrastructure these places are so closely connected to koyambedu no wonder they have started escalating.. no personal idea about the builder, but he has done a lot of projects around anna nagar/villivakkam and kolathur..do your due study before investing..
