Business Visa To H1b Processing

Hello Ladies,

Am having a Business Visa(BV) for 10 years and validity still have upto 7 years.

1. Right now am applying for H1b processing means what will happen to my BV?
2. Whether my BV still valid or it will be cancelled??
3. If yes and it will be cancelled means, will they cancel once I get my H1b is approved or will it be cancelled beforehand?

Can some one guide me in this regard. am working for a software firm.

I feel, BV gets cancelled automatically once your H1B is approved.It would be best if you consult an attorney before applying for H1B as you know the process is very stringent these days.

I think you cannot have multiple US visa's at the same time. My friends who planned to come here for studies and had a BV, their BV got canceled when they got their F1 visa. So I think the same rule will apply to you as well.
