    I am trying to lose weight since long time. Maybe I can’t stick to my goals, still nothing wrong having a goal in my life. This keeps me going.

    I am sure everyone here should have some goals for new year. Write it down & strive to achieve. Believe your self, make small life style changes. I am sure you all can do it. Good luck my buddies:thumbsup:
