    My weight is fluctuation in the 70s.... its frustrating. I think I am slacking a bit now that my dresses fit me fine and I am getting so many complements on my look. i need to start focusing more intensely on my workouts and diet again. Don't know if I can meet the target of 68 kgs this month. Lets see.

    At times even I ll get frustrated when I step on my weighing scale and my target is not reached. Definitely you can do it dear.
