    Going Crazy Buds...
    I will try not to spoil myself.
    Eating junks.
    My lists include chocolates, Boondhi,sweet yogurt pretzels, chips.
    Today, put a reminder in snack cabinet.
    If that is working out, well and gud.
    Else, no junk needed for any one in the house. Will throw them away:rage:


    If you are ok with it, I will report once in 15 days only. Purposefully avoiding scale in between. May be 1 st and 15 th of every month. Let me know.

    I know your feelings dear... it's ok, it's only 2 kg's & most of it may be food/ water weight... you will lose that weight quickly... don't worry about it... you already lost lot of weight & you know how to do it,so take it easy... & report your weight whenever you feel comfortable... :blush:

    There is one more week left. I am not sure if this target is realistic now. Lets see. I will keep doing my best :)

    @sridevi1977 Keeping a reminder in the snack cabinet is a good idea. I also have a problem when I have unhealthy snacks at home. So most of the time I avoid buying some stuff for the kids as well. But when somehow things do reach my home, I just can't seem to stop myself. I will also try to put a reminder in the snack shelf to see if it helps.
    Don't worry dear. Its a new week. Work at at, be more mindful and you will achieve your goal.
