Buds journey starts again

    Black tea
    Lemon juice
    Egg omelette
    Black tea
    1 orange
    Lemon juice
    Cabbage with low fat yoghurt
    Coffee with brown rusk 9 nos.
    Black tea
    I chicken sandwich + half glass Pepsi

    Water: 6 glasses
    Exercise: 60 mins Treadmill + 15 mins cycling + 15 mins cross trainer

    19.04.13 @ 69 Kg
    26.04.13 @ 67.1 Kg:)

    Total exercise I did during this week:
    5.5hrs = 330 mins = 240 mins treadmill + 60 mins cross trainer + 30 mins cycling.

    19/4 - 105.8kgs...

    Since am sick... No exercise!!

    Now relax & take rest, health is more important.
    Glad to see that you have updated weight here, forget about few grams of weight gain. I am sure your will come back with full energy.

    Just check your breakfast intake.. I feel it is not enough..

    Regarding my updates:

    Last week: 19/4/2013 - 61.8 kg
    Today: 26/4/2013 - 61.6 kg.

    Will be checking the weight on Monday and update the ticker.. :)
