    27th dec 2011 :-
    Morning :- apple+mango+watermelon juice
    afternoon:- Baked chicken (1 piece )
    dinner :- chicken briyani (2 cup)+ lamb curry +2 chappati + 2 gulab jamun+ 1 cup rasam
    and also 2 cups of warm lime water

    26th dec 2011 :- morning- noodles soup
    afternoon :- fruit juice
    dinner :- 1 cup rice + potato gravy (1 small side plate )

    by default iam doing 30-45 mins exercise
    below are some of them :-
    1. skipping
    2. cobra pose in yoga
    3. side bends
    4. butterfly pose in yoga
    5. mountain climber

    All lovely ladies iam happy to announce in this week challenge inspite of three dinner and lunch offers i lost 1.25 kg ... oohhhhhhhhh lalalalala ...

    instead of 7 days i followed 10 days because of happy three day celebration meal ... and i lost 1 inch in my tummy ... will post the next week challenge starting from today

    This week challenge 28th dec 2011 till 11th jan 2012
    1. Morning :- honey+lemon+ginger water (600 ml warm water )
    2. Oats or one boiled egg with toast or a cup of rice as kanji form
    3. Lunch :- vegetable soup any low calorie soups ( tomato+spinach soup, cabbage soup , vegetable soup ) and a piece of meat (no bread or rice or carbs )
    4. Dinner - only fresh fruit juice (apple + orange ) or fresh papaya .
    5. 45 mins exercise

    target for this two week challenge is 1 - 1.5kg good luck all lovely ladies

    My food diary on 28th dec 2011:-
    Morning :- Poha ( red poha ) - 1 cup
    Afternoon:- fresh fruit juice
    dinner :- one boiled egg

    Exercise :- 15 mins walking + cobra pose + 30 mins abs exercise

    please record your food so it will encourage to see the bad decision in choosing food ... when i record the food i can feel guility abt the food i had and the pain to get rid of it so please be wise and record the food honestly in this forum

    Hello Blessbabydust,
    I would like to join your challenge. My target is to lose 10 pounds by April 1st week. And plenty of inches that have piled up in my mid section. My kid is almost 2 and am yet to lose the inches. With my first kid, I was back in shape by 18 mos. So I know it is achievable but havent put my heart in weight loss still. I want to do it now.
    Today 12/27:

    Morning - 3 slices of bread, 1 glass milk
    Afternoon - 4 slices bread, beans 1/4 cup, curd - 4 tbsp
    Evening - 1 banana, 1 cheese stick, 1 cup coffee
    Dinner - Peas potato salad
    Exercise - cardio - 45 mins, floor exercises 15 min

    Menu Plan for this week - No rice and follow like today

    Hopefully am able to do it this time. I plan to take it a week at a time and move forward. Will post my current weight and measurements tomorrow

    Hi padma
    Great to see you and welcome to my forum .... One quick suggestion :- try to avoid carbs (potato and peas ... as dinner ) you can choose to eat and drink soup and i can see you are eating 7 slice of bread ... instead you can eat oats as your breakfast and slowly reduce your bread intake from 4 sllice to two slice in lunch time and have a cup of soup if you are hungry . and you are doing excellent in excercise also try to take one shape of protein ( dal,egg white , fish, chicken etc etc ) in a day and alternatively you can have sprout salad for dinner .
